The 25 story project will include 419093 square feet of office space and 11785 square feet of ground retail space. Skanska will also install mechanical, electrical and plumbing services in the project as part of the contract. At present, the existing buildings are being demolished in order to start the construction of new buildings.

The project is expected to include a double high entrance and a ropemaker Street lobby near the Moorgate tube station, as well as a separate entrance dedicated to bicycles. The single storey business space will be located on the mezzanine within the "block". The construction company said it would have 22 floors of offices available, including five rooftop terraces. The project also includes three underground floors for retail services, factories, facility management, recycling and shower facilities.

The project will be built using sustainable building technologies, such as efficient use of water and energy, "zero waste landfill" and materials that will reduce the impact of operations on ecosystems. The building was designed by make architects. Other consultants for the project include wt partnership, quantity surveyor, Waterman, structural engineer, and Hilson Moran, service engineer.

Construction of the project is expected to start in the first quarter of 2020 and be completed in early 2023. Steve Holbrook, managing director of Skanska tower, said: "we are pleased to win this contract. Our innovative approach enables us to provide better and more effective projects for our customers.
